Oliver is a German and having grown up with bread on the table essentially every single day he has a strong connection to good and honest bread. During an adventurous attempt to open an artisan bakery in Sydney he learnt how to make sourdough bread in a commercial and home setting. He is excited to share his love for sourdough bread with others, and continues to bake for his family and community.
